About Me

Hello! I'm so glad you're here!

The Write Things is my personal blog about literature, writing and travel.

I've had some cool experiences which I'll share with you. A few life highlights you may want to know: I spent six weeks traveling and writing in England; turned twenty in Paris; wrote my first book manuscript at age twelve; was once on TV and spoke at a radio station; met my Governor; shook hands with Ringo Starr; been in a parade; rode on an elephant; visited the houses of Kerouac, Jane Austen, the Brontes and Wordsworth; named my typewriter Ernest and my record player Frank.

It's true, I'm an old soul. But come along for adventure and travel and some musings on writing.

My passion is literature and sharing cultural hot topics from the perspective of an artist and young academic. Look around, stay tuned and join in on discussions about the write things.  I'd love to hear from you!

Most of the pictures on this blog are my own. For information about my photography business, you can check out the link here.
